Suitable for beginners to advanced. All exercises are adapted to meet you at the level you're currently at. So if you think you wouldn't be fit enough for the class, think again - you won't get fit by not going!

Full Body Strength and Conditioning class.
Coached by Paula O'Hagan & Rory McQuaid.
Over the 4 weeks push, pull, squat, lunge and hinge movement patterns will be performed through compound lifts alongside accessory work.
Each class will have a conditioning element to it as well to develop the cardiovascular system, utilising your aerobic, anaerobic & ATP energy systems.
